Responsible Value Chain & Customer Partnerships

Responsible sourcing and strong customer relationships are increasingly important to how textile value chains operate. We work with suppliers and global brand partners to strengthen environmental and social performance, improve traceability and respond to evolving quality, compliance and sustainability requirements.

Strengthening Responsible Sourcing

Environmental and social criteria are incorporated into supplier screening and selection, helping us identify risks and strengthen responsible practices across our supply base.
Relevant material and traceability requirements are supported through recognised standards and certifications including GOTS, OCS, GRS, Regenagri and FSC.

Building Supplier Capability

Supplier engagement extends beyond assessment to drive long-term value creation. Development programmes focus on strengthening quality, compliance, environmental performance and social practices, while supporting suppliers in responding to evolving customer and regulatory expectations.

Strengthening Traceability

We continue to improve visibility across material inputs and suppliers through certification, chain-of-custody requirements and closer integration of sustainability criteria into procurement and supplier management.

Partnering with Customers

We work closely with global brand and technical teams across product development, material selection, compliance requirements and sustainability priorities. Customer requirements and feedback are incorporated into development and manufacturing decisions, helping us translate changing market expectations into commercially scalable fabric solutions.
